When you contact us or request pricing, we may collect your name, school district, email address, phone number, number of schools, and information you choose to provide.

Our public website does not ask visitors to submit student records or grades.

How We Use Information

We use website inquiries to respond to requests, discuss district needs, prepare pricing, and communicate about WV GradeSync.

If a district subscribes to grade synchronization services, the handling of student information will be governed by the district's service agreement and applicable privacy requirements.

Student Information and FERPA

WV GradeSync is designed to support school districts in carrying out authorized educational functions while respecting the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

Student education records must be used only for authorized educational purposes and handled according to applicable law and district agreements.

Children's Privacy and COPPA

We recognize the importance of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), where applicable. WV GradeSync is intended for use by school districts and authorized staff, not as a consumer service directed toward children.

Our website uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated form submissions.
