About WV GradeSync

WV GradeSync is a service offered by WV GradeSync to help West Virginia school districts simplify grade processing between Schoology and WVEIS-compatible file workflows.

Website Use

This website provides product information, demonstrations, and a way to contact our team. Visitors agree to use the website lawfully and not interfere with its operation or security.

District Services

Use of WV GradeSync for actual district grade synchronization is subject to a separate service arrangement. Service capabilities, implementation requirements, authorized access, and operational responsibilities will be established before activation.

Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription pricing, billing schedules, renewal terms, cancellation provisions, and any applicable setup charges will be provided in the district's quote or service agreement.

Submitting an inquiry or requesting a demonstration does not create a paid subscription.

District Responsibilities

Participating districts are responsible for authorizing use of their systems and ensuring that the information and access they provide are appropriate for the requested educational service.

District staff remain responsible for reviewing generated grade files and confirming that information is appropriate before submission or use in official student records.

Privacy and Student Records

Student information must be handled for authorized educational purposes and in accordance with applicable law, including FERPA and COPPA where applicable.

Any additional district requirements for student information, security, retention, and access will be addressed through the applicable service agreement.

Service Availability

We work to provide reliable software and services. However, availability may be affected by maintenance, connectivity, district systems, Schoology, WVEIS, and other external services.

Any specific service commitments or support arrangements will be defined in the district's agreement.

Third-Party Systems

WV GradeSync interacts with workflows involving third-party educational systems. WV GradeSync does not control the availability, functionality, or policies of those systems.

Districts remain responsible for maintaining the appropriate accounts, permissions, and authorizations required to use their connected services.

Changes to Services and Terms

We may update website information and these general terms as the product develops. Changes to an active district subscription remain subject to the applicable service agreement.
